Hi all! Yesterday, I was excited to shoot a look at a local bed and breakfast where you sleep in a train! A special thanks to the owner of Woodrow House bed and breakfast for allowing us to snap some pics. With this weather changing more than a model at a fashion show, it has been hard to brave the chill to take pictures. Luckily, yesterday Mother Nature was kind to us. I wanted to put together a “go out for drinks with friends/ after 5” look. I paired my wine leather skirt with a simple white tee and threw on one of my favorite sequined jackets. This jacket is literally amazing- it has so many different shapes and colors and kicks the average black sequined jacket’s butt. When I decide to wear a focus point piece such as this 70’s jacket, I keep the rest of the outfit neutral and simple. It is important to understand that when it comes to wearing trends, less is more. You don’t want to pair this loud jacket with a loud top or bottom- the pieces will compete. Keeping this idea in mind will create a polished and put together you.

Have a fashionable day 🙂

This week I will reveal some pictures of the lovely ladies I styled! stay tuned.
