Over the past few years, I’ve become not only a purse-aholic, but a shoe-aholic. My feelings towards shoes have always been positive, but I wasn’t about to drop more than $100 on a pair like I would on purses (and I’m ashamed of how much money I’ve given up to Saks). In the past I’d starve for a week if it meant I could get my hands on my newest fav bag (embarrassing). Ok, so maybe I’m not that extreme. But you get the gist. I’m blabbing about this topic to give you an idea of how much I love shoes now. And about this pair… that I can’t handle because of their awesomeness.
I first fell in love with these shoes by Zigi Soho when I stumbled upon them on Pinterest. (If you haven’t discovered Pinterest, well… you must have been living under a rock.) I searched high and low to find the brand, and finally found it on Piperlime. I had planned to purchase them but had a zillion things to do, so I kept pushing it back. By the luck of… who knows… I happened to stumble into DSW last week, and to my surprise: they were there and half the price. I literally had to close my jaw. So naturally, I couldn’t resist getting these puppies! Stories like that just warm my heart! Have you guys found any good scores lately?
Devon I think you have a great eye for color but you can have a better understanding of size and proportion. The red jacket look is cute but it would have worked better with a more tailored jacket. Women should have curves, it is what differentiates us from the men.
adore these shoes, love it when you find something after searching online for them! The outfit is gorgeous too, love the bright blazer with the striped top, lovely! xo Cara http://www.afashionloveaffair.com
