I hope you had a great Labor Day weekend! Chandler and I spent some time re-doing furniture and getting things done for our home. I’m focusing on the entryway at the moment, so I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite designs and tips for styling. I hope you are as inspired as I am!

Add wallpaper to your entryway! Even if you’re a renter, there are so many great temporary wallpaper solutions that peel off well enough to get that entire deposit back! Check online for a better selection of wallpaper and temporary.
Use an old buffet for an entry table. Don’t be afraid to get on Craigslist! Try to see the potential in a piece. A little styling goes a long way! And always add an orchid. No green thumb needed!
This was one of the three entryways I styled in this post. I love to stack books or magazines under a console table. This helps to add visual interest (and give you a good place to store things).

If you’re designing an entryway, listen up! I absolutely die for this inspiration. A dutch door is such a great touch to add to your home. The rustic mix going on here is beautiful!
I have been searching for a creative and pretty way to display black and white photos from our wedding. I really love the mix of vintage and new photos on this entry wall.
Add a bench to your entryway!
I love the cute storage and lamp in this entryway. Storage doesn’t have to be boring and ugly! Find creative ways to store blankets (like wicker baskets) at everywhere from Target to Homegoods.
Add a conversation piece like a huge plant.

I love the bright rug (and the blue + orange mix going on here) in this entry. Talk about a fun way to enter a home! I like how they kept everything else pretty neutral (other than this fabulous orange ottoman).
Don’t be afraid to get a little funky. Things can always be repainted! Get a wild hair and match a fun wallpaper with a bold front door.
And a simple entry can do just as much for me! I love the art and all white feel of this room.
So much amazing inspiration!! Our new house doesn't have a dedicated entryway (you just waltz right into the living room basically), but I still want to create that feel with a table, mirror, storage, etc. along the wall.
LOVE the idea of stacking books UNDER a table — especially such a pretty, clear one like that one! This is such an inspirational post! Thanks for sharing! Xo, Alison
You shared some great ideas here! I seem to be on a wallpaper trend so I really like your first two photos & wallpaper comment. But it also leads me to share that the wallpaper in the seventh photo is stunning! So simple and elegant, and the green color to match the bench is beautiful.
So pretty! Great idea! Very inspiring<3
