20 Creative Ways to Decorate with Coffee Table Books

They say every room needs a conversation piece to, well, spur up a little chit chat amongst guests. In my book (no pun intended), an interesting coffee table book does just the trick. While they can make excellent conversation starters in their native position (on the coffee table), I have found that books can serve many, many other purposes.

For the past 5-6 years I have built a collection and I am addicted to beautiful books! I get them as gifts from friends/family, search out vintage versions and score via Amazon to add to my collection. While sitting in my living room, trying to figure out new ways to rearrange books from one shelving unit to another without looking too cluttered, I started thinking about the many ways I could use my leftover books. I have tried a few different ways of displaying my books like underneath my entry table and on my bar cart, but there are so many other ways! I decided to search the interent high and low to get inspired and I thought I would share with you lovelies. I hope you’re inspired!

  1. Yay! I can finally comment on your blog! I used to have trouble before. So glad you added the Name/URL feature. 🙂

Anyway, I love the book styling idea. They can get expensive but Amazon seems to have the best prices!

    Thanks for the inspiration!
