NYFW DIARY: DAY 3

This outfit was from Valentine’s Day during Fashion Week. I was lucky enough to travel with my husband on this trip, so I wanted to be sure and do something special (even something small) with him. Since it’s fashion week, the shows continued as normal, so Chandler and I celebrated our Valentine’s Day during the afternoon in Central Park and for dinner at Claudette with friends.

Sweater: Equipment (on sale!) // Pants: Chelsea28 (old, similar here & here)// Coat: Pixie Market (also love this coat) // Heels: Valentino // Bag: Henri Bendel (sold out, similar amazing bag here) //

Rewind to the beginning of this day. I had great Valentine’s Day breakfast with Chandler before the madness started. I met up with some friends and headed to the Mara Hoffman show. It was absolutely beautiful. I have never seen such a wonderful mix of 70s glam and modern prints. Gosh, Fall/Winter collections make me all warm and fuzzy inside. Give me a genius layering moment, honey! Give. It. To. Me.

After I was blown away and transported into the 60s/70s at Mara Hoffman, we headed to Herve Leger. It was cool and sexy as always. And I always love to watch for celebs ;). So what?

I met with a few friends for cocktails quickly before rushing back to the husband. We decided to take a walk through Central Park because it was snowy and beautiful. It was freezing, but I really love catching the city in such a gorgeous setting. I was super romantic (totally not like us) and I didn’t mind the cold!

We had Valentine’s dinner at Claudette — highly recommend this adorable spot! At the last minute we decided to turn our V-Day date into a double date, so our friends Amy and Wade came along for the feast. It was delicious and Amy taught me Snapchat, so you would’ve seen a lot of crazy dancing if you follow (DevonRachel1). We had a great time on our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple! Everyone together now: “Awwwww!”
