SPF, Please

August 27, 2015

My life is hectic and crazy at times – I work from home some days and I'm on the go for others. Its safe to say there is no such thing as a typical day over here at Devon Rachel HQ! One constant in my life is a typical morning beauty routine. Now I must say, there are definitely days where I skip makeup altogether but typically even when Im working from home, I try to throw on a little makeup. I always, always, always wear SPF (even if Im inside or driving) if nothing else! Lately, I've been looking for a good primer and wanting to try out a new daily sunscreen, so when Murad sent over their Invisiblur Perfecting Shield Broad Spectrum -both a primer AND sunscreen- I was intrigued!

I used the Invisiblur to prep my face for makeup and I must say it did a great job of blurring my imperfections. I love the matted finish it leaves! The best part? While the Invisiblur is priming, it’s also treating; it treats visible signs of aging and protects against UV damage. Talk about multi-tasking abilities here for a busy girl on the go!

Like I said before, the most important steps you take in your morning beauty routine are the first – the SPF! As someone who freckles easily, I have been adamant about using sunscreen throughout my life, but now more than ever it is so important! Get in the routine of reducing sun damage by protecting your skin now. Dont wait until the damage is done.

A big thanks to Murad for sponsoring this post. Opinions are all my own. Thanks for reading.
