Current Travel Beauty + Skincare Must Haves

With the #TravelWithDevon schedule ramping up into high gear quickly (can’t wait to share more about this!), I have found myself getting back into jet set mode. My skin takes a beating during travel, so it’s important to find products that work for this body in motion. I wanted to share a few must haves I discovered along the way with hopes you will find something that works for you, too.
Oh, and I’m not claiming to have a light toiletries bag 😉

Let’s face it. The dreaded makeup bag + toiletries bag enters my suitcase last most of the time in our house and we all hold our breath until the scale numbers show. Why is it that my bag becomes 187 lbs the second this happens? I’m a beauty product freak, that’s why. I have found a few great options for travel and new products I can’t live without, so here they go.

Neutrogena Wipes- These are a must have basically at all times. I feel like my routine isn’t complete without these babes. Luckily, they do come in a cute travel size and if you’ve lived under a rock and haven’t tried them, I’d highly recommend it. I’ll never give em up!
T3 Whirl Trio Interchangeable Wands– Otherwise known as the best thing since sliced bread! This curling iron has changed my life. Why didn’t I think of it? Interchangeable wands, you guys! The T3 Whirl Trio Wand comes with 3 different wands to achieve 3 completely different looks. I’ll do a post later showing the endless style possibilities but just trust me, you need this. If the 3 that come with the package aren’t enough, you can pick from plenty other one piece additions.

Stila Convertible Dual Lip Cheek Palette– I constantly sing Stila’s praises because I’ve loved the brand for so many years, but this product takes the cake for me. When they sent over the 2 newest convertible dual lip cheek palettes, yes similar to their iconic pots, I knew I would be hooked. The palettes have rotated from my bags to purses to carry ons to beach totes. Perfect for travel – you have 10 blush and lip options and I assure you there is one for every mood. 😉

Rodan & Fields Reverse Kit– This is your one stop shop for beautiful skin. My Sister-in-Law has me hooked on this regime and it has helped women of all ages change their skin completely. The intense, skin brightening kit helps to minimize dark spots and reduces fine lines and wrinkles- even prevents. Because it is a little intense, start using every other day and work up to twice a day. This has worked for me and I love how easy and foolproof the process is. To order, simply email my Sister-in-law Morgan York at [email protected] for an amazing deal on this product!

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water Spray. I’m ALL about the primer spray – basically all facial sprays. Before there were so many great options, I’d cake on the Mac Prep + Prime Spray at least 10 times a day, all day, ur day baby. I will say Smashbox might have them beat – just don’t overkill because that’s like applying too much hairspray and as Sweet Brown would say, ‘Aint nobody got time for that’.

L’Occitane Products– Another favorite skincare brand of mine. They smell the best and even have carefully curated travel sets. The lipbalm is BOMB.

Travel Perfume- Who wants to lug that huge bottle of perfume all over the world? I’d much rather carry an extra eyeshadow or two. I always keep a travel bottle of perfume in my purse, but I especially load up during travel. It gives me the option of switching things up just like I do at home.

Anastasia Contour Kit– I have been waxing my brows with Anastasia BH for ever. I love every single product she makes and the contour kit is no different. I wanted to try the kit and my adorable mom had it in her very well stocked beauty drawer – so I naturally fell in love. I use it for EVERYTHING. Eyeshadow, highlight, contour, the works.

NeuLash– For years I wanted to try Latisse but worried about things I’d heard and frankly didn’t want to go back to the doctor every 5 minutes for more. I started to research Neulash and heard great things, so I purchased a bottle to try for myself. I’ve used it off and on over the past 5 months and have seen great results. I plan on recapping here more in depth later, so stay tuned.

What are your favorite travel beauty products + must haves? Have you tried any of these?
