Hello friends! How’s your Wednesday going? Mine’s pretty great considering I have the day off! We had a huge fitting yesterday, so I worked 14 hours. This day off is much needed.
On to the fashion! Lets talk halters. We’re all weary, we’ve always been. But why?! Maybe because in high school we were all dying to wear them, but were sent back upstairs to change each time we graced our parents’ presence. After those good old days, halters just haven’t been as popular. Trust me, I’m against some versions just as much as my parents were in high school.
Times have changed. I’ve found a very chic and classy way to wear a halter top or dress. Look for halters with neck collars. Yes, this sounds very… interesting… but trust me. Paired with a skirt and heels, even a high bun, you’ll be wowing everyone. Plus, this cut is extremely flattering– can I get an Amen?
Just make sure to get the right size. These collars can cut off your air supply if too small. We wouldn’t want that now would we?
Happy Hump Day!

  1. Love the high-neck halters…and I think they are flattering on everyone because who hates their shoulders (aka, no one)? This one is especially chic and love all the embellishments on it. Also, I want to steal those wedges everytime you wear them!
