Oh, the LA uniform. It’s so crazy to me that jeans have become such a big part of my wardrobe. Before moving to Los Angeles 3 years ago, I rarely ever wore any form of jeans. After being here, I wear any and every pair. Oh how things have changed! And here’s why.

From distressed to white skinnies and boyfriends, jeans and LA are just synonymous. I think it’s mainly because people are a lot more laid back here. Now, we have our exceptions (Beverly Hills), but it’s so interesting to see such a casual culture coming from Done Up Dallas. And hey, I have nothing wrong with either!
So with all of that said, I like to think I’m a bit of a connoisseur of denim these days. And I have talked about this favorite pair of Current Elliott‘s before (seen on the blog here), but I have to just stress again how much I love them. You guys know I love a good boyfriend jean. I have tons! Guess what? I have pretty much alienated every pair for this pair. They are so soft and comfortable. I highly recommend! And their slim, distressed fit is super flattering on the legs. It’s really a win, win.
